NPPF Consultation - now ended
WHAT IS IT?
The Government set out proposed specific changes to make to the 'National Planning Policy Framework'. The NPPF is a set of rules that all councils must abide by when setting their Local Plans.
They asked for all members of the public to have their say on the proposed changes - these changes affect where they build houses and how many houses they build! AVAG submitted a group and individual responses, our aim is, as always, to help preserve the Green Belt and for brownfield sites to be developed on first and foremost. Thank you to all who took the time to submit a response.
