How do I object to Boningale Homes upcoming Planning Application? - FAQ
How can I view the Application?
It can be inspected on the Shropshire Council website HERE. Alternatively you can view the documents at the Council's offices. There are 100's of documents organised by subject.
What should I do first?
You should register on the Shropshire Council website to get a login if you haven't already done so. CLICK HERE
Do I need to look at the application before commenting?
Yes, this is strongly recommended. Your objections have more weight if you mention specific proposals that matter to you. You can also make general points about planning issues e.g. building on Green Belt or lack of infrastructure etc. If you want a list of reasons which you can view the Guidance Document
I've never done anything like this before, will I be able to do it?
Shropshire Council just want to know what you think and why. They are not expecting you to be a planning expert.
How do I record my objections?
Once you have read the application documents (or the ones that interest you most) you are highly recommended to write your objections down in a text file to cut and paste from. If you prefer to object by letter we suggest you make notes first. Explain the issues as you see them using a separate paragraph for each issue.
Where do I send my objections?
Online – via the Council website HERE. Remember to log in first and have your comments document ready to cut and paste from. The website has a habit of timing out if you take too long.
By email to: planning.southern@shropshire.gov.uk
By post to: Southern Planning Committee, Shirehall, Abbey Foregate, Shrewsbury, Shropshire, SY2 6ND

In recent months South Staffs Council have refused proposed developments in Brewood (x2) and Bishopswood. Although not directly related to Albrighton's application it nevertheless demonstrates the weakness of Boningale Homes' applications.
